The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Gene Caracci, #217912. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Gene Caracci is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Assault with Intent to Commit Murder. He was sentenced on July 12, 1991 out of Branch County.
Ricardo R. Moore and Brian J. Shipman, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
