The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 16, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Tonya Carson, #136681. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Tonya Carson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. She was sentenced on May 23, 1974 out of Wayne County.
Melissa K. Jennings and Jerome L. Warfield, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
