A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Haydar Butris

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Haydar Butris. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Constitution Hall, Lansing, Michigan.
Haydar Butris was sentenced to a term of three (3) years probation, $900 F/C/R (Fines/ Costs/Restitution) and License Suspended for six (6) months for the crime of Controlled Substance - Deliver/Manufacture Marijuana. He was sentenced on April 24, 2000 from Oakland County.
Sonia A. Warchock, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
