A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Brian Athey

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Brian Athey. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.

Brian Athey was sentenced to a term of 24 Months Probation and $40 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/ Restitution) for the crime of Receiving & Concealing Stolen Property Over $100. He was sentenced on October 26, 1995 from Saginaw County.

Jerome L. Warfield, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
