The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 10, 2018 to consider the possible parole of Frank Morgan, #117129. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the RGC Administrative Conference Room; Charles E. Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan.
Frank Morgan is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on March 5, 1972, resentenced May 21, 1974, out of Wayne County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
