A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Mary Ann (Buggs) Henderson

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 7, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Mary Ann (Buggs) Henderson. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.

Mary Ann (Buggs) Henderson was sentenced to a term of  1 Year Probation, and $401 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Attempt Uttering and Publishing. She was sentenced on March 20, 1978 from Ingham County.

Sonia A. Warchock, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
