A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Donald Almond

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 21, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Donald Almond. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Donald Almond was sentenced to a term of HYTA 36 Months Probation, $3,080.68 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) and 4 Months jail for the crime of Motor Vehicle-Unlawful Driving Away. He was sentenced on April 17, 1990 from Midland County.
Mr. Almond was also sentenced to a term of 36 Months Probation, 4 Months Tether, $2,930 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) and 4 Months jail for the crime of Motor Vehicle-Unlawful Driving Away. He was sentenced on October 23, 1992 from Midland County.
Sandra Wilson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
