A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Terrilyn (Smith) Aquino

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Terrilyn (Smith) Aquino. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Terrilyn (Smith) Aquino was sentenced to $300 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) (three counts) for the crime of Larceny-$100 or Less (three counts). She was sentenced on April 7, 1982 and November 13, 1985 from Wayne County.
Ms. (Smith) Aquino was also sentenced to a term of 90 Days Jail or $300 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Larceny in a Building. She was sentenced on February 21, 1989 from Oakland County.
Anthony E. O. King, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
