The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 2, 2018 to consider the possible parole of Andre Haynes, #159923. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Andre Haynes is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct, 1st Degree (Weapon Used). He was sentenced on August 11, 1986 out of Kent County.
Sonia A. Warchock, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
