The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Frank Anderson, #453217. It will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the RGC Administrative Conference Room; Charles E. Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan.
Frank Anderson was sentenced to three terms of 28 years 1 month to 50 years and to a term of 35 years 7 months to 55 years for the crime of Robbery Armed - Habitual 3rd (four counts). He was also sentenced to three terms of 4 years 9 months to 10 years for the crime of Weapons - Firearms - Possession by Felon (three counts). He was sentenced on May 2, 2005 out of Kalamazoo County.
Mr. Anderson was also sentenced to a term of 6 years to 50 years for the crime of Robbery Armed - Habitual 3rd. He was sentenced on October 17, 2005 out of Kalamazoo County.
Sandra Wilson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
