A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Alex Morgan, #238619

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 27, 2018 to consider the possible parole of Alex Morgan, #238619.  It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.

Alex Morgan is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Controlled Substance - Deliver/Manufacture-Narcotics/Cocaine 650 Grams or More. He was sentenced on July 27, 1994 out of Oakland County.

Ricardo R. Moore, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

By statute, prisoners serving a Life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the Parole Board can obtain jurisdiction.
