A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Keith Hewitt

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, October 12, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Keith Hewitt. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.

Keith Hewitt was sentenced to a term of 1 Year Probation and $1,780 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) (two counts) for the crime of Police Officer-Fleeing 4th Degree (two counts). He was sentenced on January 16, 2007 from Kent County.

Melissa K. Jennings, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
