A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Susan (McIntyre) Bottone

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, October 12, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Susan (McIntyre) Bottone. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Susan (McIntyre) Bottone was sentenced to a term of 3 Months Probation, Complete 5 Days Community Service and $155 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Retail Fraud, 2nd Degree. She was sentenced on December 11, 1997 from Shiawassee County.
Ms. (McIntyre) Bottone was also sentenced to a term of 2 Years Probation, 1 Year Jail or 90 Days SAI Boot Camp, Complete Residential Aftercare after Boot Camp, Electronic Monitoring, Intensive Supervision, No Assaultive Behavior, 30 Hours Employment and $1,916 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Larceny from the Person. She was sentenced on September 28, 1998 from St. Clair County.
Melissa K. Jennings, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
