The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Kenneth Smith, #210852. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Kenneth Smith was sentenced to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on August 2, 1990 out of Wayne County.
Sandra Wilson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
Capacity at the public hearing venue is limited; admittance will be on a first come, first serve basis.
