A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Alexander Kilgour Harrington

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Alexander Kilgour Harrington. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, Michigan.
Alexander Kilgour Harrington was sentenced to two terms of Life for the crimes of Conspiracy to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced on November 13, 1984 from Oakland County.
Michael C. Eagen, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
Capacity at the public hearing venue is limited; admittance will be on a first come, first serve basis.
