Frankie Miller is serving a life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree-Premediated-Conspiracy-Habitual 4th. Frankie Miller was sentenced on October 9, 1998, out of Wayne County.
Anthony E. O. King, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
