To register for the Physical Fitness Test, please visit the Oakland Police Academy website using this link. There, you will find registration instructions, a list of available test dates, and the TC-50 Physician’s Health Screening Form required for participation.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this test. You must also receive a health screening by a licensed M.D. or D.O. within 180 days of the test date. You must have a completed Physician’s Health Screening Form (TC-50) dated within 180 days of the test. The cost is $45 payable by MONEY ORDER ONLY to OAKLAND POLICE ACADEMY.
