Pre-Enrollment Physical Fitness Test

Candidates are required to successfully complete the Pre-Enrollment Physical Fitness Test. View the testing schedule below. To register, contact the testing agency directly; each agency is responsible for registering its applicants. Candidates must bring a signed Physician’s Health Screening Form and a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.
