- If you work for Civil Rights, DHHS, DIFS, DMVA, DNR, DTMB, EGLE, LARA, LEO, Lottery, MCSC, MDARD, MDE, MDOT, MGCB, MiLEAP, Office of the Governor, or Treasury, select the Disability Management Office (DMO).
- If you work for DOC, select the Disability Management Unit (DMU).
- If you work for Attorney General, Department of State, Legislature, MEDC, MSHDA, State Police, or Strategic Fund, contact your agency's local Human Resource office.
These offices cannot assist private-sector or non-state (e.g., county, city, university, school district, etc.) public employees. If you do not work for state government, you should contact your employer's human resources office with questions.
