Nick Ciaramitaro

Nick Ciaramitaro was the director of legislation and public policy for Michigan AFSCME Council 25 for 15 years. He also has served as a legislator in the Michigan House of Representatives from 1979 to 1998, an assistant prosecuting attorney for Macomb County from 1999 to 2003, and city clerk for Roseville from 1977 to 1978. Mr. Ciaramitaro is a member of the Macomb County Community Mental Health Board and also serves or has served on the Macomb County Charter Commission, Michigan Mental Health Commission, Coalition for Secure Retirement, Partners in Crisis, Mental Health Association in Michigan, and Election Modernization Advisory Commission. Mr. Ciaramitaro holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Detroit Mercy and a juris doctorate degree from Wayne State University. Commissioner Ciaramataro's term expires December 31, 2028.
