Detroit, February 15, 2021 – The Michigan Gaming Control Board today authorized the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and associated platform provider Pala Interactive L.L.C. to launch online gaming and sports betting under the Four Winds Casinos brand at noon on Monday, Feb 15.
“We welcome the addition of Four Winds Casinos and Pala Interactive to Michigan’s growing online gaming and sports wagering market,” said Richard S. Kalm, MGCB executive director. “Their participation will generate revenue to support education, economic development and the Pokagon Band’s tribal community.”
Four Winds will be the 11th operator to provide both online gaming and sports betting in Michigan. The 12th operator, Lac Vieux Desert Tribe, and its provider PointsBet may offer online sports betting only at this time.

The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians operates three casinos under the Four Winds brand in the Southwest Michigan communities of Dowagiac, Hartford and New Buffalo.
