How Do I...

Jason Walters

Jason Walters has served with the Michigan State Police since 2008 and currently holds the rank of Detective Sergeant. He specializes in human trafficking investigations and serves as Michigan State Police’s designee on the Michigan Human Trafficking Commission. Throughout his career, Det/Sgt. Walters has led and supported investigations involving human trafficking, homicide, other major crimes, and routinely collaborates with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners. In addition to his investigative work, he regularly provides training and education on human trafficking to law enforcement professionals and community organizations across Michigan.
