Tiffany Martinez
Tiffany Martinez, LMSW serves as Human Trafficking and Special Projects Director within Policy, Planning, and Operational Support at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. For more than 30 years, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and human trafficking. In her current role, Ms. Martinez oversees the coordination of federal and state funding for victim services, participates in statewide initiatives aimed at strengthening systemic responses to crime victims, and leads DVS’s anti-trafficking efforts.
A passionate advocate for survivors, Ms. Martinez brings extensive expertise in program development, policy implementation, and collaborative partnerships. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
