Menominee Man Arrested for Child Sexually Abusive Activity

MENOMINEE COUNTY, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest Tristan James Diamond, 30 of Menominee, for possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.
Diamond was arrested following an investigation which was initiated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the ICAC Task Force when it was learned Diamond may have accessed and shared illicit content on the internet. A search of his residence resulted in digital evidence being seized.
Diamond was charged with five counts of child sexually abusive material – aggravated and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Diamond was arraigned in the 95th District Court of Menominee on Wednesday, April 22.
