Kevin Nguyen
Kevin Nguyen, of Detroit, is a macro social worker passionate about advancing the rights and well-being of marginalized populations. He has worked with various community organizations and government agencies to advocate for disability justice, energy and environmental justice, civil rights, and more. Nguyen holds a master’s degree in policy and political social work from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor's degree in criminology with a minor in psychology from Northwest Missouri State University. He is appointed to represent 18-25-year-olds in the LGBTQ+ community for a term commencing November 30, 2023, and expiring on November 29, 2027.
