Chatbot

In spring 2025, the chatbot will launch on the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency webpages. Our technical team will:

  • Evaluate the chatbot’s ability to provide accurate and useful information across the UIA webpages.
  • Gather feedback from users to improve functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance responses and refine the knowledge base.

In early 2026, we will implement the chatbot on all Michigan.gov websites. During this phase, we will:

  • Implement user experience improvements based on feedback from Phase 1.
  • Enhance its ability to provide more comprehensive and accurate responses.
  • Train the chatbot on additional content.
