How to Play:

Sure Bet is a charity game ticket played in conjunction with a random drawing of bingo numbers 1 through 75.  Each box (deal) contains 800 tickets, including 15 HOLD downline tickets (5 Gold Horse downline, 5 Green Horse downline, and 5 Grey Horse downline), 1 Sure Bet HOLD, 75 Bingo Ball HOLD tickets and 50 instant winners.  Each ticket sells for $1.

Instructions
1. Before the first game begins, 2 players must verify all bingo numbers are present.  The names of the people who verify the bingo numbers shall be recorded and become part of the game record.  Two players must witness that all 75 numbers are included in the drawing.

2. The serial number being played must be announced before the drawing of bingo ball numbers begins.  All tickets in the deal must be sold.  The first player to dab/cover all 5 numbers on their Horse downline ticket, including the last number called on their hold ticket and make their bingo known to a worker or caller before the next number is completely called wins. (Note: Once all 5 numbers in a downline on the flashboard are called, there is a potential winner.)  It is the responsibility of the Horse downline hold ticket player to stop the game.  The winning Horse downline hold ticket determines the prize amount of the Sure Bet ticket winner and the bingo ball hold winner.
a. If the player holding the GOLD HORSE ticket is the winner, the player wins $400 and the player with the Sure Bet ticket wins $100.
b. If the player holding the GREEN HORSE ticket is the winner, the player wins $250 and the player with the Sure Bet ticket wins $250.
c. If the player holding the GREY HORSE ticket is the winner, the player wins $100 and the player with the Sure Bet ticket wins $400.
d. The player with the Bingo Ball HOLD ticket with the last number called wins $50.
NOTE: There is only one (1) Horse Downline Winner, 1 Sure Bet winner, and 1 Bingo Ball HOLD winner.

3. Workers must take the winning ticket(s) to a neutral table for the verification of the ticket serial number, the last number called is on the ticket, and verify the ticket is a winner.

4. Due to the nature of the Sure Bet, players must be present for a chance to win the dab/downline portion of the $500 prize.

5. Each player must be afforded an equal opportunity to win through the method of play, mixing of numbers, uniformity of color and markings on items being drawn, and integrity of any equipment.

6. If HOLD or Sure Bet winners have not been identified, an announcement is made that the unclaimed ticket holder(s) have up to 14 days to claim their prize(s), the last number called for the downline is recorded on the flare card, and the flare card is signed by the caller. For the next two weeks or until all HOLD winners have been claimed, the flare must be posted at any consecutive bingo game.  It must be a part of game records and available for review by players or representatives of the bureau.

Disputed Games
7. If there are problems with the objects being drawn, a drawing receptacle, random number generator, or the operation of the drawing, then all the following provisions shall apply:
a. If it is discovered while the game is in progress, that game is void and shall be re-played using the same HOLD tickets at no cost to the players.
b. If is discovered immediately following the drawing, the just-completed game is void and must be replayed using the same HOLD tickets at no cost to players.

8. If it is discovered that a number was incorrectly called, improperly placed, or improperly entered a master board, the game must be stopped.
a. Upon immediate discovery, the error shall be corrected by clearly restating the incorrect call or indicating the improper placement and indicating what the correct call or placement should have been and continue the game.
b. After additional balls have been called, if it is determined by the chairperson that the game cannot be reconstructed, then the game must be declared void and replayed during the same occasion using the same HOLD tickets.

9. In the case of a disputed game, the bureau may instruct a licensee to replay a ticket game. If a prize has been paid to a player before the discovery of the error, then the prize must remain the property of the player.

10. Whenever there is a player complaint involving a game, record the issue along with the names of players involved. Maintain documentation with the game records including flare card with corresponding HOLD tickets.
