TextBehind Launching November 1

Attorneys are required to register with TextBehind DOCS, a third-party website, where they can print unique QR codes that will be required for each piece of mail they send to clients in correctional facilities. Learn more about TextBehind.

The second lowest recidivism rate in state history means over 6,100 of those who were paroled in 2020 successfully completed their incarceration and community supervision and did not return to prison for either a technical violation of parole or a new crime in the 36 months since their initial release.
