The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 It will be held atparole of Yvonne Sanders, #183050., to consider the possible  10:30 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility (JCF) , 3500 N. Elm Road, Jackson, MI  49201.
 
Yvonne Sanders is serving a sentence for Cons. Murder 1st Degree. She was sentenced on March 21, 1986 from Wayne County.
 

John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).

Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
