The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Carlyle Schragg #108210. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Carlyle Schragg was sentenced on August 9, 1962 from St. Joseph County to Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
