The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 10, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for James Edward Dalton Jr. #161380. It will be held at T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
James Edward Dalton Jr. is serving Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree and Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on October 23, 1985 from Jackson County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
