The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for John Harris, #269425. It will be held at 1:00 p.m.at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
John Harris is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree Premeditated. He was sentenced on July 14, 1998 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
