The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Kim McNier, #139682. It will be held at 9:00 a.m.at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Kim McNier was sentenced on October 8, 1987 from Midland County to 2y - 2y for the crime of Felony Firearm, to Life for the crime of Armed Robbery (Habitual 4th) and to Life for the crime of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery (Habitual 4th).
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
