The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 18, 2008 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Jose Angel Palacios-Montiel, #422101. It will be held at 9:00 a.m.at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jose Angel Palacios-Montiel is serving a 20y - 30y sentence for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Cocaine 650 Grams or More. He was sentenced on August 7, 2002 from Berrien County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
