The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 , to consider the possible medical commutation of sentence for Robert Cooper #131767. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center (DWH), 3857 Cooper Street, Jackson, Michigan.
Robert Cooper was sentenced on August 26, 2005 from Wayne County to a term of 6y 9m - 15y for the crime of Assault with Intent to Rob while Armed.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
