The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Andre Ray Junior, #200858. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Andre Ray Junior is serving a 8m-5y sentence for the crime of 3rd Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property, serving a 8m -5y sentence for the crime of 3rd Police Officer Fleeing 3rd Degree, serving a 6y - 20y sentence for the crime of 4th Robbery Unarmed, and serving a 3y - 10y sentence for the crime of 4th Felonious Assault. He was sentenced on October 23, 2001 and April 20, 2005, respectively, from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
