The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2009 to consider the possible parole of David Johnson, #131341. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
David Johnson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on February 27, 1978 from Oakland County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
