The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Jerry Martin, #136142. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jerry Martin is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 4, 1976 from Kent County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
