The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Darius Duncan, #233406. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Darius Duncan is serving a 20y-30y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 225-649 Grams of Cocaine. He is also serving a 20y-30y sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Manufacture and Deliver 225-649 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on September 27, 1993 from Macomb County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
