The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Dwayne Brown, #647951. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Dwayne Brown is serving a 7y3m-30y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine, a 7y3m-30y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine, and a 7y3m-30y sentence for the crime of Possession of 50-449 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on November 28, 2007 from Ingham County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
