The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jennifer M. Pruitt, #234255. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Jennifer M. Pruitt is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree, a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree, a Life sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed, and a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. She was sentenced on November 15, 1993 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
