The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Richard Tolbert, #188405. It will be held at 11:00 a.m.at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Richard Tolbert was sentenced to 4y-15y for the crime of Robbery Unarmed. He was sentenced on March 7, 2008 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
