Shawn Derrick Minter is serving a 20y-40y sentence (2 Counts) for the crime of Robbery Armed (2 Counts). He was sentenced on August 9, 1994 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
