The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 16, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Michael Davis, #148231. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Michael Davis is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree and a Life sentence (3 Counts) for the crime of Robbery Armed (3 Counts). He was sentenced on September 28, 1981 from Wayne County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
