The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Conyus Manciel, #120500. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Conyus Manciel is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on May 29, 1968 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
