The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 15, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for John Doe, #714093. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
John Doe is serving a term of 2y6m - 20y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced on January 12, 2009 from Van Buren County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
