The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 22, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Dwight Williams, #358003. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Dwight Williams is serving a term of 3y6m-20y for the crime of Possession With Intent to Deliver 50-449 Grams of Heroin. He was sentenced on April 24, 2008 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
