The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Dwight Terry, #153429. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T100 Training Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Dwight Terry is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on April 3, 1978 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
