The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 17, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Vincente Palma Pineda, #386550. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Vincente Palma Pineda is serving a term of 15y-25y for the crime of Possession With Intent to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on December 6, 2001 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
