A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jack Lee Duffy, #144911

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jack Lee Duffy, #144911.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.

Jack Lee Duffy is serving a term of 7y-15y for the crime of Habitual 2nd Breaking and Entering a Unoccupied Dwelling.  He was sentenced on May 18, 1981 from Livingston County. Mr. Duffy is also serving a term of 1y-5y for the crime of Escape Prison. He was sentenced on August 9, 2007 from Jackson County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
